How to change the colour of mirror card using 'Alcohol Pens'
This is my 'Vintage Seahorse' card which I made using my Gem Stamps - Tangled Seahorse & Tangled Swirl.
I am going to explain how I coloured the silver mirror card that is behind the frame.

The pictures a die cut shape which I used behind the Vintage Seahorse frame.
This technique can change the colour of any mirror card, I have used silver and I wanted it to match the vintage colours of my card.
I have used 'Spectrum Noir' alcohol pens but you could use Promarkers or Copics, you may get different results but the instructions are the same.
I coloured all over with the lighter pen first.(TN6)
I then added dots of a darker colour (EB8)

Next you will need a blending tool and a piece of felt.
If you think my blending tool looks like a door knob then you would be correct.
Apply a small amount of alcohol blending solution to the felt.
Now you dab the soaked felt onto the alcohol coloured card, this will make the colours bleed and blend.
Keep going until you like what you see.
Holding the blending tool in place for a few seconds allows the solution to work its magic.
If you dab quickly you get a different effect.
You can always add more solution and more colour at any stage.Experiment on small pieces first.
