An actual tea bag is included in the card insert.
Trace the outline circle and tea cup with white pencil, the ladies in a fine black liner pen and the words on the tea cup with a mapping pen and white ink.
Emboss the lines of the tea cup with a small ball tool.
Emboss the words using a PCA Scriber or similar.
Add colour to the ladies using water based pens here I have used Distress Markers.
Technique: Add colour on the back, apply small amounts of colour direct onto the parchment and spread the colour using a damp round paintbrush.
Add more depth to the shaded areas by applying more colour.

Perforate around the circle border using a PCA Fine Large Semi Circle tool or similar.
You could use a similar shape from a pre patterned grid using an inline technique.

Grid Emboss inside the saucer using a Pergamano grid 24 creating rows of tiny flower shapes as shown, or you could use another grid and create your own pattern.
Turn the parchment over and re-position back on the same grid carefully aligning your embossed dots made in the previous step, perforate all holes around the flower shapes using a single needle tool as shown.
Emboss inside the half circle perforations around the border using a Pergamano 2mm Star tool or similar.
Add embossed decoration to the ladies tops using the same tool.
Add colour inside the the embossed designs and centres of flowers in he ladies hair using Sakura Stardust Pens, simply apply a small dot of colour leave to dry and emboss from the back using a small ball tool.
Cut around the outer perforations using parchment craft scissors.
Take the tag off the end of the tea bag and cut around it as shown. Secure to the parchment using double sided tape.
Secure to a Pergamano Grid 28 right side down.
Emboss a row of holes around the tag as shown, the picture above shows what it should look like from the front when finished.
Re-position back on the grid right side up carefully aligning the embossed dots.

Cut out the tag following the outer perforations.
Take a 2 needle tool and perforate along the front inside edge ot the top of the tea cup as shown, then cut along them to make a slit.
Attach the tea tag slightly inside the tea cup using double side tape.
Put the tea bag inside the card, I have used a Spellbinder Die Cut (Grand Decorative Circles) and cut a slit along the centre using a craft knife and ruler.
A nice card to send to some one you are thinking about as a hint to join you for a drink and a chat.
I attached the parchment onto a die cut circle using pink seed beads around the outside.
I attached the design onto a 6"x 6" pearl white card which I colored with distress ink pads and shaving brushes and then over stamped in the same colours using the tiny heart stamp from my Dreams Garden Leaf Stamp Set.
