Dip Dot Technique
This simple and effective technique is very popular in parchment craft.

I have used an acrylic based pearl ink.
Three sized ball tools.

Apply a small puddle of the ink to a palette
Here comes the technique:
Using a large ball tool.
'DIP' into the paint

Then 'DOT' onto the parchment
"Ta-Dah"
So simple and quick!

The picture shows dots using different sized ball tools.
Allow to dry and emboss from the back and they will look like pretty tiny pearl beads on your work.

I have used this technique inside the swirls, using a Sakura Purple Glitter Gel Pen.
You can also use an acrylic pearl paint.
